Pino Italian — Restaurant in Birmingham

Ordered online as its Sunday evening and my usual chippy is closed. I ordered x 2 Southern fried chicken and chips & chicken nuggets for my child. The child's nuggets were fine the chips were hard in the middle and not golden and crispy definitelyneeded to be cooked longer. The southern fried chicken was sopping in grease so much so that the coating was almost wet and dropped off the chicken to revealed anemic looking pale chicken underneath that didn't look fried. Its supposed to be crispy. I called the store and the manager was friendly enough and asked what I would like to do in regards to refund or replacement. I have ordered a replacement mixed meat kebab in a pitta and am paying the extra which has just arrived and is ok but the naan bread was pale white and doughy not like any naan bread ive ever had before. I cant fault the customer service as the manager was pleasant enough but I wouldnt order from here again unless it was a pizza. A big Inconvenience when you are looking forward to food and it tastes/looks revolting like the chicken did. I have kept my whole meal to give to delivery driver to return. The driver has just informed me that they do not have a proper chicken fryer so the sfc is being cooked in the large fryer that all the other items are cooked in hence why it is so greasy. If they dont have the proper equipment to cook items properly then why advertise on the menu ? Apparently the pizzas from here are nice but definitely a no go with the "chippy"...

Easily the worst home delivery 'service' I've experienced. The time on the e-mail for the order was '17:29'; about an hour later I called and was told 'it's on its way'; another 20-or-so minutes, called again; same response. Another 20 so minutes, called again and was told they hadn't received my order, even though I'd had the e-mail notification and money had been taken from my credit card. The response (no apology, no offer of freebies...) was 'shall we send it now'? I finally got the delivery more than two hours after it had been ordered, and it was frankly awful: the 'fish' looked as if it had already been picked over (certainly wasn't complete), and was about 1/3 the quantity of a regular chip-shop fish. Maybe they think they've got a monopoly at the moment? Shocking; don't use...

They sent me pink chicken and I've got pitchers of it. It's sent my husband till he had one bit and seen the chicken was pink. I've tried to call up the restaurant and not got anything back not even answering the phone. What ever you do don't have this place they will send you I'll with there pink chicken they could send that too children and they don't care at all. What kind of place thinks it's okay to send out pink chicken let's see if they respond this reviews as they haven't answered anything. I just wished there a place I could put the pictures on here so you...
