I’ve been coming to 360 regularly over the past three years. Sometimes 2-3 times a week as I purchased an annual pass which was around £130/£140. That’s a lot of money for some people (ourselves included) but we didn’t want the hassle of paying every time we decided to drop in. There are definitely things that 360 do well and some things not so much. What I will say is that there are key members of the team who really go that extra mile. Who demonstrate great customer service and one of those is a lovely girl called Rosie. This girl deserves recognition, she’s a credit to this company and in my opinion someone who should be promoted and given a significant salary increase. Her rapport and customer service is exceptional. There’s also a guy who has blonde hair in a ponytail who again is extremely good with people and the kids.
The food is really good but a touch on the expensive side. They do ask that you don’t consume your own food on the premises but I can assure you people do.
Now for some feedback, this place is really in need of some TLC, nothing new has been introduced in the last three years and a lot the equipment is in desperate need of replacement/servicing. There is an area within the mainframe which never seems to work (the one with the machine that drops the balls and sucks them up the tubes). This is something my little one loves and is left disappointed when it’s still off or broken each time we visit. I understand things have been difficult for a lot of businesses but this would’ve been a great opportunity to do a professional deep clean of the whole unit which is just filthy. If you can’t see how dirty it is something is seriously wrong. The baby change is an area you need to sort out because the bins need changing and bleaching more frequently than they clearly are.
There are lots of other soft plays that are much cheaper, do not charge adults to enter (this is unnecessary), maintain the equipment to a higher standard and understand that cleanliness should be paramount.
360 Management: You really need to do better when you charge the amount you do. You have a great team working here but they clearly need some funding to get this place back to it’s best. I won’t be renewing my pass because I genuinely feel that I am not getting value for the expensive pass I’ve paid for.
Take a good look at Riverside Hub because these guys are really excelling...
Read moreAvoid at all costs. We booked 2 adults a 1 year old and 4 year old. £45.00 the place looks alot better on photos. It's disgusting. Uncleaned. Toys in toilet bowls that we saw then saw again an hour later. Staff are rude. They have some wierd system where you have to give your name AGAIN (After giving it on entry with your photo) to get out???? Not sure why you'd need it again getting out. But my kid is screaming tired I'm trying to get out and have to wait while the 1 woman on the desk serves people coming in?? The clientele was filthy too. People just changing kids nappies on tables in the food area. The whole back smelt of human poop. We could only come in for just over an hour and 30 minutes of that during prime time the car rides and merry go round shut? And just to emphasis on the filth and untidiness my 1 year old picked up a knife by the cars acoess from th3 dining area.
Zero people manining things.
Seriously there are so much better soft plays and much much cheaper elsewhere avoid this place it's not worth £45.00 for 2 children accompanied by an adult.
Edit- In reply to my review it seems you are not taking 1 bit of responsibility and just making excuses to make out as if I'm making this up despite taking the time to write this. I can assure you the toys in the toilet were their over an hour. The exit /entrance had 1 person dealing with entries instead of just letting people out. And the knife we found was handed in Is despicable. Yes there was baby changing. We used them but not 1 of the 3 people we saw changing their child on the dining tables was told to stop. The place stunk and in the 1.5hrs we were there we saw zero people tidying and cleaning. The place was horrendously untidy food in the play area dust everywhere it was disgusting. Take responsibility and look into these things instead of trying to insinuate we are untruthful as I've even read other reviews that...
Read moreI really dread bringing my daughter here, but my wife keeps insisting.
It feels as though this was a disused kids play centre that closed years ago, but somebody found the keys and just reopened it as they found it.
The whole place and the toys etc just look shabby and run down.
It's grimey, and you definitely feel as though you need a shower once you've left. Not to mention the worry of what germs your child has been exposed to.
Also, there needs to be a clearly recognisable staff member stationed at each section, to ensure that the experience is fair, safe and fun for all.
What would help is some kind of system where there are designated times to be in each section, with a limit to the amount of kids allowed in that section at one time. Like how you run the merry-go-round.
This would give us all plenty of space to enjoy time with our children and not have to worry about other parents monopolising certain toys/activities or other children becoming a bit too unruly with nobody watching them.
Example:
The last time I was there with my 18-month-old daughter, there were MUCH older kids (6-8 years old) running full speed back and forth, in and around the area that is clearly for babies and toddlers (vets, shop, lego area)
At one point, there were 4 of them (3 boys, 1 girl) all hyperactive and showing off, jumping all over the tables in the lego room where my daughter was sitting.
Older children should not be allowed to run, jump and throw things around where there are toddlers, it's just common sense.
If I'd have said anything, I'd be the bad guy picking on kids though, right?
That's why YOU are supposed to be there to supervise and offer structure and support to parents, to ensure everybody's safety and provide a positive experience.
All things considered, I really do not recommend this place to anyone. I feel that my daughter deserves much better.
We...
