Fairhaven Golf Club — Attraction in Borough of Fylde

Competition we where due to play on Sunday was cancelled and the course was closed due to torrential rain, we went upstairs to the bar where there are two snooker tables which passed a couple of hours, just after lunch we called the course to see if it had reopened due to the rain abating, the me up play and did not charge us, a real bit of customer service, we also played on the Monday and although the course was looking a tad strained due to the heatwave and the lack of rain it was still a joy to play, also all the staff from the pros shop to the starter and the bar staff are a credit to the club, well done...

A must play golf course for any golfer visiting the Lytham area. Great test of golf with course always in excellent condition. Large greens but many raised and all very well protected by bunkers. Small but functional short game area, good range and putting green. Well stocked shop 🏬 and excellent Clubhouse with great food 🍱 and service. Apart from the course ⛳️ the Halfway House is fantastic. Fairhaven golf course was in fantastic condition for the to.e of year members and staff in the club house were helpful and curtious however paying £175 for a pot of tea in the club house was quite reasonable but when staff come from the half way house to the ,9th green asking what you want to drink giving the impression it was free then charging £190 for a cup of tea that is absolutely ridiculas and scandalous I and my friends will never entertain that again extortionate and robbery...
