Large recreational space with a rideable train circuit that is available for £1 each but check the dates that it's available as its not a daily thing. It has a resource centre but that wasn't open when we went so not sure what's included. It has a park for children to play in and an activity trial to walk around that is for everyone for free. If you continue walking through to the other side it takes you to Knowle Green areas but we stayed around this area so the kids played football, had a walk around and played in the park. Only downside is there are no toilets that I could see, very few bins and only 1 picnic bench. However most of the benches were scattered around the park area. There are many dogs walking both on and off lead which is lovely to see but if you don't like them it may be an issue. A massive green area frequented by dog walkers and families as well as keep fit instructors. A smaller green area, often used for football and cricket is located to one side and another green area used mainly by families for picnics links the park with the bowls club opposite. There is a miniature railway ran by a group of enthusiasts based on site which runs monthly.
