This place is usually Great Although Hard to Find the staff when you need them, But on Monday It was rediculous I’m sorry but The Male staff member James needs To find a job where he will actually do his job, he’s a very friendly lovely Guy but in 4 hours we saw him 3 times that was towards the end The female is very sweet but didn’t see much more of her either, 2p Machines where mostly empty of prizes, ticket machines all needed emptying, coins getting stuck in machines aswel as Running out of tickets and where were they? No clue. They also allowed A group of Horrible Teens that was out of control stay in there While Kicking and Barging the toilet door, fighting, sitting on the machines Throwing Anti back all about the place and even asking me for money and the worst was a large Ginger kid Who is a known trouble maker offering to “help me” with my £10 note which made me and my kids really uncomfortable. They didn’t have any money to spend so they wasn’t customers, They should of been Asked to leave not left to do as they please. Another family left Complaining about their behaviour also. as a local We have spent a lot of money in there over the years and it was the worst experience we’ve had there. I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this arcade. I had £10 in my purse, and when it was handed back to me, the money was gone! No apology, no explanation—just complete indifference, like it didn’t matter at all. This is outright theft, and the fact that nobody took responsibility or even acknowledged it is appalling.

I expect better from any business, but especially from a place that’s supposed to be about fun and entertainment. How can customers feel safe here if their money can just be taken with no consequences? If this is how they operate, it makes me wonder how many other people have had their money stolen.

The lack of professionalism and basic decency is shocking. If this is how they treat paying customers, they don’t deserve anyone’s business. I will never be coming back, and I’ll be making sure others know to avoid this place too. Absolutely...

This is an amazing and fun arcade. we went here and loved the 2 penny machines and atmosphere. But best of all were the staff as when a claw machine had used our coin and didn't work they gave us far more tickets than we would of won. Better yet, when it was time to redeem our tickets the same staff worker let us have a prize worth 1000 tickets even though we only had 400. this is an amazing arcade with a wonderful atmosphere, amazing staff and very fun games. would...
