It's a weird place. But in a good way. You time travel without a TARDIS. There's a garage full of buses from an bygone area right in front of your eyes. Not just buses but cars ,bikes and spare parts. In, Keighley, coach station, virtually no one even knew, this place existed. Funnily enough the museum owner agreed with that. This place was great for me, as I am a bus fan. Who loves nostalgic things from my past. Being a place of amazing treasures ,I relished seeing these relics of eras ,very few people, appreciate any longer. Their history, their memories, and how through them ,their futures were made saver, for our generation. The buses, though, were brilliant and well looked after considering, they were mostly all looked after by volunteers. It a free museum, donatetion are optional, and I know if anyone would like to offer their time to volunteer, it would really help this marvellous, exhibition. As for photos, I took many probably far to many, but I will post some. To get there I took a bus,60 ,Leeds.which dropped me off virtually at the door.. So please do yourself a favour and go down and check it out.

A gentleman with autism I support loves buses. Knowing KBM is a hard working restoration depo I sent them an email hoping for a quick visit. David spent over an hour giving us a personal tour full of really interesting information. We felt like VIPs. I can't thank them enough! I can't believe how talented they are to restore such wonderful pieces of history. Buses used to be incredibly beautiful, I'm so glad they haven't ended up being scrapped because of their hard work! The gentleman I was with said it was the best day ever and that he had tears in his eyes. He's drawing David a bus picture as I speak to say thank you. Looking forward to their opening day!

Speaking as someone who has never considered myself as someone who has an interest in buses: visited this museum, which is a private collection of buses but can be viewed by the public. You can go upstairs on some of the buses and of course you can peer in the window on the ones you can't go on. Got a really informative tour and learnt a lot about buses, and found it absolutely fascinating. Absolutely lovely little hidden gem and needs our support to keep it alive and open. They also have fire engines and some privately stored vintage cars. Would recommend if you're in Keighley or surrounding areas.

Absolutely LOVED my visit to the Keighley Bus Museum – what an absolute gem! 🚍✨

From the moment you walk in, you’re transported through time, surrounded by beautifully restored vintage buses, charming old cars, and an atmosphere full of nostalgia and passion. Each vehicle has a story, and you can tell how much love and dedication has gone into keeping them in such incredible condition. The team are superb – so friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly devoted to preserving this amazing slice of history.

It’s more than a museum – it’s a tribute to transport heritage and a labour of love. You don’t have to be a bus enthusiast to be impressed – the craftsmanship, history, and stories behind these vehicles will captivate anyone.

A HUGE thank you to all the brilliant people who maintain, restore, and care for the buses and classic cars. Your hard work and enthusiasm bring these machines to life and give the public such a unique and memorable experience. You’re keeping history alive in the most...
