630pm food via food hub 45 mins was accepted by the restaurant. 745pm decided to call as it had been twice the alloted time. Got told the delivery driver was on his way by a rather impolite 'lady' on the phone. 8pm called again to ask status at first she said 5 mins then said can't get hold of delivery driver then just gave me a barrage of abuse, I then had enough and said I'll come collect the food or have a refund as id paid online. She said rather abruptly 'come get your money' and hung up. So I drove 15 mins to the shop and she then lied and said I didn't say that and I can't have my money and the food has gone with a driver? She said she called to tell me but I had no missed call. I then drove home and no food at home. When I called the restaurant they said the delivery driver left 10 mins ago but I was in the shop 15 mins prior. 9pm still no food I decided to drive back to the shop and demanded food or a refund and was finally given my money back and I then went onto another restaurant to eat.

My wife and I were super excited to have a Persian restaurant here in Keighley. But our experience was sadly a let-down overall. The owner/chef was charming but the waiter was uncommunicative and knew nothing about the menu. We had 4 starters. The baked aubergine and the yoghurt with shallots were lacking in flavor; the halloumi had been over-grilled to dry slabs and worst of all, the sujuk was, I swear, a fried chip-shop sausage cut in half – all bread, and not even close to the middle-eastern spiced sausage we know and love. My lamb shank main was delicious. My wife’s chicken and rice was dry and lacking the advertised pistachios. Excellent hot buttered naan bread. We asked about the ‘range of desserts’ on the menu and were told there were none. I really hope the food picks up and we can revisit...

The food is incredible - I have never eaten inside so I can't comment on the service and atmosphere in the restaurant itself

They desperately need to sort their hours and online prescence out though. The hours on the door are wrong, the hours on JustEat are wrong, the hours on their website are wrong - both JustEat and their website are happy to accept orders when they should be open, but actually aren't and they'll gladly take your money and not refund it unless you chase them over the following days.
