FunForest Brigg — Attraction in Brigg

Have come here for a long time bringing my baby brother, cousins and now my own son and we have always loved it and the food is the best!

But what prompted me to do this review was their party service. We just celebrated my sons 2nd birthday here and it was so perfect! Booking was super easy, a nice low deposit to secure the date. Remaining balance is paid on the day once they have the total number of kids that have arrived which I thought was super helpful as we did have a no show so it would have been a shame to lose money just because someone didn’t turn up (the extra kid would have put us over the 10 kid threshold). Our party coordinator was amazing!! Super friendly greeting when we arrived, showed us to our tables that were already reserved for the adults, advised us what time food will be ready, took in the cake from our cake maker and put candles in and brought it out for my son after they’d eaten, she asked if we wanted to cut the cake or if we wanted them to etc and I requested that they do some pieces for the kids to take home. Minutes later she reappeared with 10 pieces all neatly wrapped to give to the kids and advised the rest was safely stored for when we leave. She was constantly checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed, she took basically all responsibility for pretty much everything so we could just focus on enjoying the party with our son and his guests. Im gutted I didn’t catch her name but she totally made the whole experience an absolute breeze from start to finish! So thank you! I’m sure we will probably be back again for another...

Booked a private hire party. I was told the wrong information when I called to clarify so I got charged more on the day through no fault of my own. When we arrived we was ignored by the staff inside who clearly saw us waiting, staff are rude & I even saw them laughing. My son even got upset thinking his party had been cancelled, they even ignored the phone which I called 5 times! I wasn't in the venue any earlier than the start time of the party so couldn't greet my guests. Had to ask for the announcements to be made (so there's not a 'party host'). I told them at the party I'd be complaining to recieve absolute zero standard of customer service by the manager. I have been trying to resolve my concerns for over two weeks. To get a simple 'sorry' at the end. Not good enough...

Really disappointed. Struggled to find a seat as the place was busy, but also because the tables were filthy and the floor was not much better. Staff stood behind the counter chatting and showing no interest in actually cleaning up. The toilets there horrendus. The male toilet floor was soaking and with no paper towels. The female toilets also had no paper towels or hand soap and the bin was over flowing. I made them aware of this and they resolved some of the issues.

I can only assume that if this is the attitude of staff regarding the seating area and toilets i can only imagine the state of the kids play area.

Not one member of staff showed any interest in the actual play area either.
