Pleasant area for walking, especially with dogs, I often take a wander up/down for my lunch break. You see a lot of horses, ducks, swans & cows living their best lives up & down the footpath! You do need to be careful & mindful at all times due to the people who cycle at breakneck speed shouting into megaphones for the rowers who use the area daily for practice. A lot have bells attached to their bikes, but sadly they forget about their existence or seem unable to figure out how bike bells works! All in all a nice place to spend some time outdoors, there are park benches located down the entire footpath too so should you need to sit you have the opportunity...

Ditton park footpath closed, so you'll have to head back to the green dragon bridge to get over the river. I think it's because of the bridge they're making for the Chisholm trail. Wide open field is good for dog walking. Cows hanging out on the north side of Stourbridge commons. Handy bike rail at overhead pass, if going over train tracks to the east. Nice to sit by the river and have a picnic. There's a decent amount of trees on the outskirts, but I really prefer Milton Country Park - it feels much more like a forest away from civilization. We also saw horses and ducks as well as cows, which my partner loved - but this park...

Great place for people who like walking, jogging ,dog walking, or simply like to spend some time on the fresh air enjoying the nsture. It's a quite big park and it is cut off from Ditton Meadows just by a railway line/bridge so together they form an extensive area with including the river, trees and green fields. People rowing on the river, swans and ducks swimming and chilling, and cows grazing on the fields throughout the warm season. In the bottom corner of it there's a nice playground for kids just a couple of minutes walk from Tesco and Aldi. Great place for chilling and for enjoying the nature....

Historic part of Cambridge, an amazing place with lots of trees with the river nearby. This place has a lot of history and back in the days hosted a fair. Great place for long walks, picnics and laze under a tree. A bridge over the river connects Stourbridge common to the green dragon pub which has a beer garden. A great place for every one to enjoy.

Lovely when it's not busy. My favourite part are the cows that graze here during the summer months, but the Cambridge locals would need to remember that they are still wild animals and shouldn't let their toddlers run amongst them. Path is close to the river and has lots of potential places to have a picnic. Also a small park for children.
