AVOID . AVOID . AVOID Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life , that also even being a permanent repeat customer of them for a very long time. The only mistake was that i went there myself to order and pick , the person over the counter doesn't understand English first of all and then claims to be the owner, which I am definitely sure he wasn't ,as repeatedly told by me that I am a permanent customer and this is my address and he still was very rude and tried to overcharge the same like he already did once before as the usual guy they have on phone who takes orders and speaks and understands English wasn't there, which is why I stopped going personally, and even after I explained about previous experience when he had charged for sauces and never sent them , even the delivery guy apologized that time, but today was ridiculous and very abusive and insulting. Please avoid this place. Being a chef and a previous restaurant owner I have never witnessed worst customer service experience in my life, that also from a so called claimed owner. There are far better places in town to order from and much better taste....

Sitting in takeaway right now writing this review as I am absolutely disgusted with the ‘food’ I have ordered from here. 3 of us bought donner wrap meal each and 2 x 10” pizza almost paying £30 in total. The wrap was dripping with water from the ‘homemade’ sauce and tons of salad hardly any donner with a dry and hard wrap. The pizza had a nasty smell to it and made in a rush althought there were no other customers, with the chicken looking and tasting off plus the attitude of the staff was disgusting when we asked to have add a 2nd pizza to the order and he also tried to overcharge us. The chips were overcooked so nothing was right with the food. I can honestly say this will be the last time we will come here again, I recommend anyone to think twice before coming here unless you want a cold soggy meal and...

Ok, ordered 3 mixed kebabs with chips through a friend n wish I didn't, it would of been cheaper to get it from my local chippy FOR THE EXACT same THING taste/ quality. I was charged 70p for a splash of sauce (2.10 for all 3) where as It would be free for the same sauce from my local! NOT GREAT AND WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN !!!
