Parking nearby access to the river is via a pedestrian railway crossing on the weekends there is an ice cream van and also a nearby pub. If you turn right Marlow is a one hour walk on the river path with no refreshments on the way. Turning left will get you to Bourne end railway station in about twenty minutes.
