Evington Park — Attraction in England

Evington Park is a great place for everyone. It's perfect for families with/without children. Wether you're a couple looking for a romantic stroll or a quiet sit down in the park gardens or take your child/children to the play area for a fun time. It is a good place to take wedding photos too, as the garden has 2 white arches and some gorgeous flowers. The park is good for joggers as well, there's a mini gym section on site, a tennis court and a table tennis area. My son loves riding his bike there as well and he also looks forward to seeing the tadpoles in the mini pond. All round a this is...

Great if you love nature, tennis, badminton, ping pong, going to the gym, playing football and just generally going to the park with your kids. There is things for everyone and plaques to remember certain things such as the oldest tree in Leicester, an artist who carved trees in this park and the person who built it. Love it and it is the only park I go to. Not only that, they have nearby shops, a pub, a restaurant, a hair salon, a youth club, a library and a bunch of other things just down the road.

This is such a lovely park and one of the best in Leicester. It has the formal layout near to the House with mature trees to put it in a nice setting, a nature area with a few ponds and lots of toads and newts seen in the Spring plus tennis courts, football pitches and a traditional meadow road verge which looks brilliant in summer and buzzing with wildlife.
