Placed order @ 19:38 via Just eat given delivery slot/time 20:25 - 20:38 still no order delivered so rang TJ's only to be told that our order had still not been cooked!! Very rude man gave a half assed apologie and could not or would not provide me with another time for delivery - delivery arrived @ 21:03 with no apologie from the delivery driver when asked why is it so later was told that he didn't know why and that he would get the store to call me but guess what no call. Unwrapped food to find the chips were cold the chicken nuggets for the kids were rubber the burgers were stone cold but the package was warm and the mixed kebab! Well no were on the menu did it say it was "build you own" literally cold meat thrown in box with two pita wrapped separate which were rock hard!! Avoid this place like the plague if you are sober and wanting to eat a nice meal! Perfect shite hole for the alcoholics that are to intoxicated to give a damn!!! Never order from this place via any of the regular delivery services. After ordering from deliveroo the food seemed to take a very long time. When it finally came out for delivery the driver that was tracked by the app showed up, pretended he had the food, took the delivery code then said “I don’t have your food another driver should have delivered it” and left. This is very clearly a scam the restaurant is operating and has been reported. Food is probably rubbish anyway. And they say they are not on deliveroo but you search deliveroo and they are right there. I have screenshots of this but it takes one search. Ordered a pizza and fry chicken. I could not help noticing how grubby the premises is. No Pun Intended. In addition to how scruffy, un groomed and unkept the staff appeared. That alone has put me off from ordering anything else from there ever again. The Pizza and fried chicken was equally very disappointing indeed. What also annoyed me was whilst I was placing my order was that the assistant was rather Rudely speaking and having conversations with his colleagues in a foreign language.
