Horrible experience. They close whenever they want. We called up the day before we went and were told we could walk in for the 6.30 session as its not so busy. So we were there 10 mins early, no one to serve us for almost 10 mins. Then they took ages at the till even though we had already signed wavers online. Then told to watch a safety movie which took another 10 minutes. By now we'd missed 20mins of the session. They also have 7pm sessions so we asked if we could wait till that session instead and they said no (they wanted to go home early ofcourse) even though they do a dedicated 7-8pm session usually!

We used our half price return ticket with wishful thinking of better staff this time round but unfortunately was the same ones.

The music is so loud my children got headaches. I asked several times for it to be lowered. 2nd time I even asked beforehand on the phone if the music could be lowered because i was ignored last time and they said they will sort it when we're there. They still didnt lower it. They said its on to give a fun atmosphere for everyone so they can't just take it off for us , but our family was the only group/people in there!!! I said it's not fun if my children go home with a headache... pleaded basically for it to be lowered and it was still very very loud.

Also forgot to mention when we arrived the 2nd time they said they're closing early. Manager had to check if staff had sorted lifts before letting us in. (Though they were told the day b4 we'd be going at 6.30)

One more thing... the staff members follow you around like stalkers at the trampoline Park, sometimes you just wana be silly n do some stunts (safe ones) but it's not fun being CONSTANTLY stared at with a straight face. We'd try avoid them by going to the other area but they literally followed us the whole time.

Yeh so would never go again. Hope I never forget how bad the customer...

Fun place for kids but the annoying thing is I've been to few of these is the fact the email always states come 20 to 30 mins early to avoid not getting in on time waivers always done online but regardless to that you get your selected hour time and then check in before that for the brief but twice now we come 20 mins early and sat around and then still waiting for brief to start passed the hour slot we booked for then your session is started 20/25 mins and when you get their early your talking nearly an hour waiting you should get the time slot you asked for and not been made to wait any longer specially when asked to come early each time and they have you waiting with eager kids and then causes stress I get it's probably a ploy so you spend that time occupying kids with arcades and spending money but the place itself and drinks cost enough for the kids if you just wanna come play and ready for your time it states on email that should be how it is as it ruins the experience it's not even that busy when we arrive no cues and your sat in an empty brief room for ages aftee your play time I go to alot if centres with three kids it's not cheap but this is what ruins it for us and won't hurry to come back for the price needs to be more organised don't ask people to arrive early and give a well late service also toilets could do with regular monitoring not seen a clean toilet yet and when you been early in the day it's no excuse like I said the play centre it self is great the...

Great place, kids love it but some of the people working there need to be more understanding and get their heads together. We attended a birthday party that was meant to be starting at 14:10. The safety briefing finished at 14:59 from a gentleman that was trying to make a group of 5 year olds listen quietly to a video explaining them about potential paralysis and death in case you landed wrong. He was quite annoyed when some kids wouldn’t stop talking from excitement and insisted on them keeping quiet and that they had to watch that painful briefing!

After the kids were allowed in the area, the adults were told that they could only watch them from either above or behind some rails. Now my child is a bit nervous and sometimes needs me for the first fine minutes so I stayed on the platform till he was settled. The member of staff informed me that it was not allowed and if I wanted to enter then I would have to buy an entry ticket as well!

I would very reluctantly return...

Pros: - family friendly - large arcade - decent spacious toilets for multiple children to use - facilities are pretty good - food and drink in the cafe - safety briefing is okay - very good prices (£10 per jump) - subway is right next to it for lunch after. Cons: - some of the trampolines make a "concerning" noise when bounced on (mostly the longer ones) - speed test machine doesn't work and has been fixed with duct tape. (But still doesnt work) - lockers are way too small - socks are a bit pricy for the material they're made from. - music was too loud to be able to hear the safety briefing. Would definitely recomend for a nice day out.

Great place. Well worth the money. Got to drink coffee and chat to friends whilst the kiddos played in the jump park. There's people monitoring and an induction for safety. The second hour for half price was definitely worth it. One hour isn't enough. I would like more food options in the cafe since you're not allowed to bring your own food in. And there was definitely no gluten free options Staff were lovely and patient and despite the odd smell of the place, everything else seemed quite clean. Would definitely do that again
