I called ahead for a test drive after seeing a number of vehicles that interested me from the online website, when I turned up on the day the cars were ready to be driven. Atta give me a quick intro regarding automatics, as I had only ever driven manual cars.

After looking at a few cars, I found the car that was right for my family, the Elgrand E52. It was in pristine condition inside and out. There were a few age related marks that I found but Atta rectified these straightaway by sending it to the body shop after I agreed to purchase.

My main communication with Atta was via phone and WhatsApp, as I had lots of questions which he responded to in a timely manner. However, he also made himself available whenever I wanted to visit in person.

I can honestly say my experience dealing with Atta has been positive and would highly recommend him and his cars to anyone interested. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and be a returning customer in the future.

This prompted me to make the trip up north to check out their stock, which had several options. I highly recommend Japanese Car World. Atta is an absolutely genuine guy. The cars he brings over are in absolute pristine condition. There is no sales pressure, no pushing. Whilst there was an issue with my car, which was beyond all control and purely age related, Atta was able to resolve the issue quick and efficiently.
