Subway — Restaurant in England

I visited this Subway today as a "treat" for my daughter- in - law and myself as I was visiting her. I was appalled. The place was empty and no wonder. There were no hot drinks on offer, they no longer have oat and raisin cookies, a lot of the fillings were unavailable, the salad looked a little distressed and to top it all they wouldn't accept my Subcard or app and didn't give receipts. The toilet door was opened into the seating area and the toilet itself was filthy and no soap for handwashing! Last time I visited I asked for teriyaki chicken but that certainly wasn't what I received it was some pieces of dried up chicken breast with no sauce whatsoever. I overlooked this as a once off as I have eaten at Subway all over the world, usually choosing teriyaki and had never been disappointed before. I certainly won't be visiting this outlet again. I have also missed out on my double points. I would give no stars...

I haven't been in for a while. There used to be an old man who was so cool and awesome. Now there is Mehmet who is abrupt and rude. Rolled his eyes when I I wanted to upgrade to a meal from just the sandwich. Ended up giving me 10 pence less of my change. Did not bag my sandwich. Set it on the counter for me to take away. The guy is full of attitude. It's sad coz it's my local subway. I plan to drive further to avoid seeing him again. He made me feel uncomfortable and like i did something wrong by coming into the store. I note that he was not busy as I was the only customer there lol. All I can say....if you don't wanna do the job let someone else do it...

Won’t be coming again. I don’t often order a subway, but when I do it is usually very enjoyable. I decided to come on my lunch break, I have not been to this subway before today, 22nd October 2025 at around 12:35.

Upon entering it was really outdated and old fashioned. I was served by a lady who was quite rude and demanding to a clearly new employee who was being trained shouting at him.

I was not asked what sauce I would like and also was not given a receipt. I wouldn’t recommend coming to...
