The Funfair really adds to the occasion of Kingscote Park and brings all of the locals out. The event is part of the Layton Love where you Live and that was very good also.

Nice park and place for kids or to walk the dog. Mainly respectable people with just a few idiots now n then.

This is a locally green space which is lovely to walk around for all people of all ages and is especially very popular all day long for dog lovers. There is a small planted wood in the middle of it planted for the Queens Golden Jubilee and therefore called Jubilee Wood. There is also a Rugby League pitch associated to the Rugby League club there who also have a club house and pavilion in the park. There is a children's play area also, and a all weather pitch with floodlighting available. There is plenty of nature about and grey squirrels, magpies, rooks and wild birds a plenty. A five star place to see away from the promenade and...

Always a great little park when the weather is nice, just wish the council would cut the grass more. Due to the grass not being cut there is a huge dog poo problem now but I think that's more a reflection of the local population. The park has a decent enough children's play area that has been recently refurbished and the club house on the car park contains a bar that is often open in the evenings in addition to welcoming dog owners. Spent many a lovely day on here when Stanley park is too busy, I'd recommend a...

Would be lovely to have a safe area to let my dog of there lead. Not all dogs are friendly there has been a few times my dog has been of lead and has gone to say hello to another dog but not all dogs are comfortable with this. She is very friendly and just wants to play but there is to many way she could easily escape onto very busy roads or get into a fight with a dog that isn't as friendly. It would be nice to have an area that is more enclosed and more controllable and a little safer. Parks great...
