Country Hamper Cafe — Restaurant in England

Terrible service full stop unprofessional staff and very arrogant when they finally answer the phone. Made an order on Tuesday. It never came i rang the shop and got told they didn’t have an order for me. Just put it down to a simple mistake so I ordered again on Wednesday. Rang the shop 2 hours later to be told to they didn’t have my order again. This time they asked how I ordered which I told them it was on their website. Their answer was we don’t use that anymore? So hold on they have a website active where they can take your money but not receive your orders what a shambles they should not have that website active and I should have been told the day before. But no this company has one thing on Their mind take your money and that’s it. Will be getting reported to the right people anyway site shouldn’t be active if that’s the case. Could do with learning how to talk to there customers that arrogant old man certainly doesn’t know...

Me and my mum ordered a breakfast and a bacon sarnie. Honestly one of the best breakfasts we have had. The bacon and sausages were amazing. Eggs were runny and delish and the fried toast was tasty and not soaking in oil like I've had elsewhere.
