Go Greek — Restaurant in England

Visited last night whilst visiting blackpool to see the lights. I found this place on google before deciding and went off the reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE!! We arrived and were given a seat for myself, partner and 7yr old child. Arrived at 6.25pm and was served our starter at 7.35pm. Prawns and a feta dip was what took over an hour to be served, not worth the wait and what made matters worse was the RUDE ELDER FEMALE WAITRESS who seemed to think it was suitable to explain to ourselves that we didn't book therefore quote "somebody has to wait" then walked off. Hence we got up and left and then she tried to charge a £5 charge as we were leaving. We refused to oay this and paid for what starters we had eaten. Any reputable restaurant would have offered the starters for free after having us sat there for over an hour, not be incredibly rude and obnoxious! We wanted a night out to blackpool to see the lights not a night sat waiting an hr for a measly meal that took 5 mins to cook. May i point out the restautrant had 3 other tables at the time. We were a party of 6 celebrating a special birthday. Glenda made us very welcome. You're transported to a Greek idyll with the beautiful scenic views & then when the food arrived our taste buds went into overdrive! Warm sliced pittas with 4 dips, then a selection of starters followed by impressive main courses left no room for dessert. Reasonable price for the meal & drinks. It's been too long since our last visit & this return was a perfect start to the birthday celebrations . Only scored lower for atmosphere because unusually it was not a busy night.
