This afternoon, I was at the Butcher's with my dog. I got their attention from the outside and asked for bacon. It wasn't a problem. They came out to the pavement, asked what I wanted, sliced it thick and brought it out to me. So friendly and polite. Good old fashioned standards and a smile to greet you.
