Wisbech Castle — Attraction in Fenland District

Have lived in Wisbech for 6 years+ often wanted to visit the Castle. Took the opportunity yesterday as was an Open day to celebrate an earlier dig in the grounds. I normally find positive's in most corners of life but sadly my visit to the castle was very disappointing. Attended a open day, ( been to a few they are good ) Very well organised, fantastic staff there, all volunteers. Tours done by local councillors who have a love for wisbech and its history. This clearly shows in the tours they do.

Fantastic to discover some of wisbech history and the place itself is AMAZING Gardens are fabulous and done by volunteers as well. Fab asset to the town. Just needs more volunteers so...
