Great vast open area to walk, socialise with friends and family. Nice pathed route around the park for dog-walking, wheelchairs, buggies etc. Nice array of trees, play area for the kids, tennis courts, plenty of grassed areas and the bonus of a band-stand in the centre of the park. Great place to visit for a morning/afternoon or just to socialise. One of the nicest and quietest places to walk, sit and relax. Also worth noting that the park is next to Wisbech Hospital and is a stone's throw from the town but also sits alongside the Wisbech main road. Everything is accessible from the Park. We walk our dog there a couple of times a week, as do many others and everyone we meet are so friendly. A great place to meet, chat and make new friends. Also has a free car park beside the park which is handy. So this fine sunny Tuesday and the park is quite busy with people walking, playing with the kids, dog walkers and many Council workers going about their jobs, cutting grass, weeding borders and general tidying up. Keeping the Park looking clean and user friendly. Everybody is friendly and many will stop and chat and put the world to rights. Just a great place to be on a fine and warm day.

Wisbech Park is an amazing place to walk your dog around, take your children to, or just sit down on a bench and enjoy the view while eating some snacks or chilling with your friends. It has a nice history to it as well! The vivid greenery views which you can see in the photos below are from the park! You can see this view for yourself on a nice and early summer morning, just when the sun starts to rise or already has risen. I go out to school at around 7:50am and for dog owners, that seems to be a perfect time to walk their canines around! Not only the vivid greeneries, but also the children's park too is a place which the corner of the eye always catches!

Nice family park. Good kiddies play area. When I was a child there was more in the park, bowls, football and you could even watch the trains. Sadly apart from the play area and tennis courts, they have gone. Progress or loss of fun. At this time of year the park isn't at it's best but Co. E the summer when the landscape bods have done their thing, it will look a picture. The only improvements I would make are the the footpaths and put back the original...
