Istanbul Wisbech — Restaurant in Fenland District

Advertise as closing at 2am. Their final order for delivery is apparently 1.50am. I ordered at 1.53am. Leaflet says closing time is 2am. When I phoned the guy was not apologetic at all and just was defensive. Scammed out of £9. I kid you not this is what they say is their final delivery time, despite the fact that I ordered and at no point was told it is collection only via their website. Be super weary. If a refund is given I will remove this review.. but I suspect no refund will be given. Complete scam.

EDIT: Interestingly they are lying constantly in their reply below. They accuse me of not ringing them until 2.35am which is completely false (my phone records will prove this). They go on to accuse me of using them previously (I am a first and last time customer). I will consider issuing proceedings against them for defamation because of this....

Have been ordering food for over 20 years from here, this is the third time we have had bad food, so thats it, wont waste my money again, over £20.00, ordered two large kebabs IN NAN as they don't do medium anymore! WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT, nan bread should be light and fluffy, this was thin and hard, like cardboard and snapped if you tried to roll it, horrible, the meat tasted strange and was like leather, probably leather shoes would taste better! And not enough salad, and we asked for NO onions and they were both smothered in them lucky we are not allergic! and they have the cheek to charge extra for chili or garlic...

I am giving them 1 star as there is no option for 0 star's. This is possibly the worst food I have ever seen. It took 1 hour to come, then all of the food was cold. The chicken kebab was so burnt it was rock solid. The chips where dark brown and disgusting. I rang up and complained, then another hour later they sent half of the order in the same state as before. I am disgusted with the price I was charged for such...
