Really interesting and well worth a visit - the only Martello tower with an original cannon! The volunteer staff are helpful, welcoming and informative. The structure has been sympathetically restored with reconstructions, although at the time of writing they are preparing for restoration work, so some artefacts were missing or under protective wrapping.
