Hut is a victim of it's own success and no longer quite so hidden thats to celeb's like Caroline Quentin giving our secrets away. It used to take a lottle effort to find these delightful little gems but nowadays they're no longer hidden. Add modern cars and unbroken dual carriageway and London is just 4 hours away. Added to which they're changing Cornwall because people are missing their convenience. They also want dog friendly beaches without any dogs! My pup weed on a sandcastle. I apologised and doused it in fresh sea water. This wasn't enough though. She wanted a full Game of Thrones style shaming! What she got tho, was an invitation to find a dog free beach and foxtrot oscar! This is our home and you're welcome to share! Just don't think you can change what makes Cornwall special. Leave it as...

Porthcunick beach is another beautiful, clean beach but has no easy access for wheelchairs or pushchairs. There is a large Pay and Display carpark (£3.50 all day) above the beach but has many steps down though they do have handrails. Climbing back up can be exhausting. There is a road down at the far end of the bay with double yellow lines so that might be useful if you have a blue badge. Below is a photo' of Porthcurnick beach with the much smaller Portscatho beach in...

Path from the car park to the beach, and the beach itself, is riddled with dogs muck along with discarded black dog muck bags in hedges and left by benches. Plenty of signs about paying and displaying for the car park but couldn't see any signs or bin provisions for dog owners....

I am a volunteer NCI Coastguard watching the sea, beach and coastpath to try and keep everyone safe. We are part of the Search and Rescue team. It a beautiful stretch of Cornish coast which is loved by many people including myself. Enjoy but be aware and safe

Quiet sand beach with easy access to the sea (shallow and clear) and nice cafe behind it. Less touristy than some coves/beaches in Cornwall. Access from either side - steps and ramp with parking close by.
