Avon Valley Farm CL Caravan Club Site — Attraction in Great Britain

Sadly arrived and not impressed with condition of Pitch and especially not impressed with the Toilet and Washing facilities they were beyond tired and it all needs some serious TLC to bring it up to another level of standard. We never once got to see meet or be greeted by the manager(s) on arrival. Just felt it was Poor all around at best .. The grounds themselves are fine and they appear to be doing more work around the surrounding areas where other pitches are being stood up .. but they need to spend much more time on the cleaning / water / Toilet areas etc as those are always the first port of call for most people that arrive on sites ... I do hope they take this onboard and make this site something that we do feel it can be .... thank you for the stay...

Ideal location to access Bristol and Bath. Friendly hosts. Bus stop approx 15 min walk away or park and ride approx 8 min drive. Ideal cycle route for both cities. Quite clearly a lovely site that is work in progress, however, at £20 a night I personally think it's a lot of money for what you get. The toilets definitely need addressing and the site itself is not very quiet, but I guessed it wouldnt be with a railway line right behind it. Other noise, which I think will be temporary is the building work going on and the pop up funfair. Basically if you're looking for total quiet you won't get it. There are 2 lovely grass pitches and 3 hard standing. Also two toilets which are a bonus. This site is perfect for visiting Bath and Bristol with bus stops only a 5 minute walk. However it comes into its own if you bring your bikes as it's not far from the Bristol and Bath cycle path which is absolutely fantastic for access...
