How dare they? HOW DARE THEY!!!!! This "university" had the utter audacity to dare reject ME! Who do they think they are? What right do THEY have to refuse to grant me my rightful place! I applied to them, not the other way around, yet they would have you believe otherwise.

This is disgusting, appalling, shocking. Words alone cannot describe the impertinence of this action. The fact that they thought it acceptable to send me a rejection is astonishing. Well hear this "Durr Hamm", a university which has NO RIGHT to call itself a university, I reject your rejection.

Yes you heard me right, I reject your "rejection" and consequently withdraw my application from this undeserving dump. Never before in my life have I witnessed such blatant snobbery, and hopefully I never will again.

To any of those reading who had no business with this academic atrocity, I wish you well. May the almighty clock bless you and ever...

Went just for a day visit to see the layout of university buildings and visit the town. Our son is thinking of applying for the university for September 2022. It is stunning. Everyone in the shops and tourist information were so friendly and helpful. We had coffee in a lovely coffee shop called Biz- R and had lunch in the Fat Hippo. Our lunch was lovely, 2 hangover III BURGERS ( chicken) A fat Hippo hillbilly and a wild bill burger ( both beef burgers) wanted a pudding but we were all so full up we could not manage it. We went to cathedral which is breathtaking, unfortunately the castle was closed, I think there was a wedding happening. One of the most beautiful, clean cities I have ever visited ! Everything is within walking distance we walked to the Palatine centre as this is where the law school is situated. Looks lovely. Could not go inside as it is the...

Departments, colleges and uni services don't communicate with each other. Being a student here is a confusing experience mostly consisting of trying to figure out who to contact about every aspect of uni life and getting conflicting information.

There is a counselling service that offers a maximum of six sessions, but the departments don't accept their evidence that you are struggling or need accommodations. I thrived during my first degree at Cambridge but this place wrecked my mental health.

In general treats students with contempt and only values them as a source of funding. Contacted me out of the blue several years after I left demanding £1400.

Quite a pretty town, if you're just thinking...

A quaint and quintessential city with a lot of character and old world charm but with a lot of modern vibe brought in by the global student community! The Cathedral is divine, the cobbles streets and walk around town and university brilliant! Great dining options and bars to hang out in! My favourite was Expresso Martini @Revolution Bar, Bloody Mary@Tango and Thai meal @Thai River

Durham has finally decided to start work on some of its decaying properties. Also, they now have choreographed flowers in small but spectacular flower beds. On a sunny day with everyone in a happy mood Durham is delightful. There's a lot going on too, plenty to do and see. History is being resurrected from degeneration, just in time.

Without a doubt, one of the university's best facilities was 'Chris Mapp', he was an outstanding addition to the campus environment and was certainly a worthwhile investment. Although 'Chris Mapp' only lasted three years, I would definitely recommend that the VC invests in a full-time model. Please see attached photo for reference.
