Almost every time I order, the tapioca is fresh. I've been ordering from them since March, they never complained about my extra tapioca requirements. They never got my order wrong or ever substituted anything to my order. Extremely consistent with their ingredients & technique, my orders taste exactly the same every single time. Always very quick delivery, never late, & when I order for the following morning, my order comes before their opening time on Google/Deliveroo. Really sweet girls that work in there and they are super knowledgeable about the different options and always gives genuine advice rather than rushing me. The younger asian girl (-haven’t caught her name sorry!), always remembers my preferences in my drink which is very sweet and dedication!!! They get busy in there so it’s amazing they take the time with proper customer service with each customer rather than just rushing us. It is quite complicated and intimidating if you have never had these drinks before so great to have their help with all the different personalisations. This review is for the Swindon store. I want to leave feedback but I did not catch the ladies name, but she was the only one in and we were there around 6pm 3/11/22. She had short blonde hair and made me and my daughter 2 unicorn drinks. She was so lovely, friendly, helpful and even guided us to the app for discounts for today and in the future. Even with the orders coming through for deliveries, she managed the pressure so well and with a smile on her face. I will also add the unicorn drink she made us was amazing!
