A gem of a nature reserve with several access points. Park your car at the bend of Mill Lane leading to the backside of Riverside Retail centre and walk up the barrier road leading to a concealed boating marina and by an almost hidden narrow path opening onto Weston Favell Lock and then across the flood lock bridge to the rim of the basin itself. Beautiful place for a walk, open and flat is within a path on the side closets to the road then flat but no path on other side with sheep and birds.
