KFC Northampton - Riverside Retail Park — Restaurant in England

I visited this restaurant and ordered a six piece bargain bucket. When I returned home there were only five pieces of chicken. I phoned the store and the manager Fatil told me that when I next visited the restaurant to mention his name and will be given the piece of chicken that was missing from my order with my new order.

A couple of weeks later on the way home from my daughters christmas concert I went to the restaurant and ordered some hot wings at the Drive Through. I mentioned the extra piece of chicken to the guy at the window. He looked me straight in the face arrogantly told me Fatil was not there so I would not be getting the chicken. I was very upset so I drove away without taking the hot wings.

When i got home I phoned the restaurant and asked for the manager. I was told I was speaking to the manager Fatil. How could this be? Ten minutes after I was told he was not there so could not honour our previous agreement. I explained who I was and he accused me of being rude to his staff and told me he had it all on camera even though he got the colour of my car wrong. There was no acknowledgement of his staff LYING to customers.

The customer service in this restaurant is diabolical. The thing that really made my blood boil was when I got home and discovered that he was lying to me.

Charging someone for six pieces of chicken but only giving them five breaches consumer law. Mistakes can be made, but dishonouring an agreement to resolve the issue and lying to customers...

I recently visited the KFC at Riverside in Northampton, and I have to say, it was by far the best KFC experience I've had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The managers are really caring and also take consideration making sure you are happy.

The service was absolutely top-notch. The team seemed genuinely focused on providing a great experience for every customer, and it really showed.
