Nail Technician Courses - Future in Beauty — Attraction in Great Yarmouth

So disappointed with this company and would never pay this much for unprofessional customer service. I ordered a full nail technician course, with a free eyelash course (as that was the deal included) and paid holding deposit. I received a confirmation that I'm going to the nail course and e-file course with a complete different date than was originally selected (I though i missed clicked), so I phoned up to check if I can at least change the date and keep the e-file course as if it was my mistake. They changed the timing, and I received an invoice to make a payment with EYELASH course (mistakes once again, that is a bit much). I'm not a complicated person when it comes to this, so I kept it simple, as it was a free course. So I paid a deposit of 50% and just a day ago received an email, that unfortunately the course will be cancelled and that I can choose the other date or get a refund, the reason being that they didn't get enough people in the group (some of them cancelled) and that they practically don't see enough business in doing the course. I stated to Oliver, that it was disappointing, as customer's shouldn't really have to get a responsibility of making business to the company,and that I would like a refund for the course, and that I will check their courses in the future. All businesses have ups and downs, but no one cancels the course a week before just because it is not enough money making. Oliver then issues me a refund, but -30£ holding which I didn't get back even though I should, as I paid holding for nothing and blocks my email as SPAM. Very nice of you guys, to treat customers like that and steal 30£ for no reason, wasting people's time of work with such a short notice and literally get's all the excitement of new career down, with such poor...

I can’t fault this company/course/tutor in any way. I was let down by Gateway who I had done my lash course with so was seeking a new place to do my nail course. I spoke to Oliver who reassured me that everything would run smoothly, that I could change dates if necessary and also was happy to talk through anything I had questions about in relation to the course.

Louise was my tutor and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s so passionate about nails and teaching and it shows. I feel like I’ve learnt a lot and she’s given me confidence to execute my skills.

Even though the course is over, she is still available for us students with any queries and sends us important or relevant information.

If you’re thinking of taking this course I would definitely recommend it! Thanks Future in beauty.

I've just finished and passed my course with future in beauty. The course was very easy to understand and planned out really well to make us feel less overwhelmed, the other girls there were really nice and I've made some really good friends who also share the same interests as me too. Our teacher was Sophie and she was really nice and made us all feel welcomed and made the whole course really positive and she has helped me get better at all the things I needed improvement on, not only that but she didn't rush and helped us all understand in depth what we needed to do.
