What a fantastic restaurant. From the minute we arrived the staff were welcoming and helpful. Excellent menu with each dish explained. The food was absolutely delicious. I had chicken pasanda, pilau rice, sag aloo and naan bread. The rice portion is enough to share, as was the naan bread and sag aloo. There was a lot of us eating (18) and the food came out all together and piping hot. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Bangla Nites for a fantastic meal! 👏 The restaurant itself was also spotless as were the loos (which I think is very important) 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Booked a table for this evening wow just wow the food was amazing and the staff were very quick and friendly. I loved the fact we witnessed the restaurant filling up and a lot of take away being sent out. With a lovely atmosphere, Would definitely recommend this place. And most definitely going to go back. The portions size are really filling which was well worth the money. Thank you for a lovely meal. Keep are you good work 😁

I ordered the chef special lamb shashlik, which was more onion than lamb. The lamb I did manage to find a few pieces which tasted and looked more like sliced pork and beef. Although the assured me us was halal lamb I have my doubts. We were surrounded by particularly obnoxious individuals who were loud and obscene. All in not Great

DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me, my mum and husband have just had THE WORST indian takeaway we have ever. We placed an order at 8pm and paid for it via debit card over the phone. We were told it would be with us within one hour. This is longer than we would normally agree to wait for a takeaway but we did agree. At 930pm we phoned the restaurant to ask where our meal was and were told it was on its way. At 10pm we called again (considering its a 10min drive to deliver to us) and told the driver had 'just left'! At 1030pm we were still starving!!! My husband spoke to the manager and requested a refund as we no longer wanted their food. He was told a refund was 'not possible' (more lies!). 5 mins later the food arrived. FREEZING COLD! When we further questioned them about the poor quality of their food and customer service (lies upon lies!) the manager did not apologise once or offer any kind of compensation or sympathy considering we had been spoken to by his staff in a terrible way and eaten their horrendous food! There are many other indian restaurants in the great yarmouth area who are faultless in their food and service so close your eyes and pick any other one of them and enjoy a better meal than...

4 of us had a meal here on a Saturday night and on balance 3 stars seems a fair score. The restaurant is very nice looking with modern decor and a comfortable feel to it. The food was very good and the service was the only thing which let it down. We booked for 7.00pm and the restaurant was only half full at most when we arrived however after a pre dinner drink and a few poppadoms we ordrred our meal then waited, and waited. An hour later the food finally arrived albeit they still managed to forget one of the side dishes. The staff seemed rushed off their feet sending out takeaways which meant those of us in the restaurant had to sit and wait. We all had a very nice evening but sadly it didn't leave us so impressed that we will chomping at the bit to return. On balance nice but...

What a bloody disappointment this place was. I have never had an Indian in a restaurant that tasted so unbelievably bland and tasteless. Maybe the chef was having an off night, or maybe he or she just can’t cook an Indian. When the food came out all of our food looking like it had been cooked in sauce from a jar, and tasted no different. Chicken was dry and in small pieces. I had heard good things about this place, maybe they were having me on and having a giggle. Waiters grunted at us and I would normally complain about the portion size, but I would not have wanted more of the slop we had. Very disappointed and a waste of money. I shall stick to the Lowestoft Tandoori who know how to cook a...
