Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Suitable for Children with Disabilities
I visited this park with my severely autistic daughter, hoping for a fun and inclusive afternoon while on holiday. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly distressing and poorly managed from the start.
We were served at the kiosk by what appeared to be untrained children, the rides were not operational unless you waited to be escorted and let on—there were no wristbands, contrary to what the website advertised.
At one point, my daughter got on a closed trampoline. Whilst I was doing my best to safely remove her (which can be very difficult when she's dysregulated), the staff made no effort to help. In fact, I was told they "didn't care about her diagnosis" and that she needed to get off, showing no compassion or understanding of her condition.
Instead of supporting us, the manager began following us around the park, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. She twice mentioned that I could get a refund—implying that we were not wanted there. I didn’t want to upset my daughter further by leaving early, especially as she was finally starting to enjoy herself on the outdated and underwhelming rides.
At the end of our visit, I asked to swap our unused ride tokens for change to use in the café but was told no—because I had been offered a refund earlier. This felt dismissive and inconsiderate, especially given the circumstances.
I left the park feeling completely overwhelmed and close to tears, and my daughter was extremely dysregulated after the visit.
This park is not suitable for children with disabilities. I strongly advise families to avoid it and instead visit much more inclusive and understanding places like Pleasurewood Hills or Joyland, which are nearby and far better equipped to support...

Read moreSuch a fab place to treat the little ones to a lovely day out. It’s nice that there’s a place that caters more for the younger children my 2 yr old grandson absolutely loves it here. He loves that he can go on rides independently. Yes you have to pay for the rides but there is a lovely corner where there is a sensory area (which is free) lots to touch, see, and hear and a great sandpit in a boat with free use of bucket and spades. The staff are great, found them very friendly and approachable. Lovely family run park with fab food at the cafe, which you can just pop in and grab a coffee if you’re passing. We will definitely be going back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ have loads of pics but I don’t put my grandchildren on...
