I have been to the Rose Garden many times over the years and everytime I sit and visit I find it to be a tranquil quiet place and all the work that has been done to it has enhanced it more. Amazingly even though it is just off a busy road when you step through the gate and walk a few yards you are hit by the quietness. It is mainly used by the people who live in the area.
