Gippeswyk Park — Attraction in Ipswich

Rambling grassy field & tree area, contained by fencing between the housing south of Ipswich Railway Station. Due to the top end bordering the Freightliner shunting yard, there are no exits & entrances along that stretch of path. Plenty of roadside parking if you enter via the residential side of the park. New play area is lovely and tons of space to run free with the added bonus of the nearby railway. The kids loved seeing the trains go by. Only taken one star away as the play area has a zip line running straight through the centre and when it's busy kids were getting knocked over by it.
