No food options that were gluten and lactose free (allergens), so just ordered a caramel mac with soya milk. They asked if this was a preference or an allergy, advised that this is an allergy. I was then advised (for the first time ever) and (barring in mind as someone who has previously worked for starbucks), that they use the same jugs for both dairy and non dairy, expressed my surprise and explained that I've never been advised of this before.... I'm sure QUASA and the other boards won't be impressed with your consideration of health and safety and cross contamination... you would think staff would put 2 and 2 together as for the cold drinks there are 3 separate jugs for Dairy, Non Dairy and Soy.... its the same for hot drinks, one jug for each.
Anyway, was not asked what size I would like and no name taken for the order... you're giving Starbucks a bad image. Atmosphere very dull and not very busy given the time is 6-6:30pm. I was going to sit in but after entering, almost instantly decided to take away and sit in my car instead.

Read morePopped to Starbucks today, after a horrible morning of everything going wrong and lots of tears, deciding to treat myself to a PSL as it is the season. When I ordered, the guy taking the order convinced me to go for a larger size and treat myself even more. This caused me to mention my bad day. When I got to the window (I believe his name was Ross? Sorry, if it wasn't.) he leant out the window a little and asked if I was okay, if I needed anything and how he hoped my day got better. And honestly, he made my day 1000000% better. His kind words completely changed my mood, and made me cry a little (over emotional new mum). So to the guy who's name I believe may be Ross, thank you. You really helped turn my day around. And I hope you get the best out of life, because you take your customer care above...

I had to wait a few minutes to get to the service window due to another customer in front when i did get to the service window I waited almost 3 minutes to be acknowledged and even then it was the guy saying how much it was with the card machine being shoved in my direction (not even a hi or hello). I was given one of the drinks I ordered and told I had to wait for the other one which was a Venti Strawberries and Cream. When I received the drink It was clear to see there was hardly any Strawberry sauce and practically no ice in it. I won't be in any rush to visit this Starbucks again and definitely don't currently recommend...
