I rang the buzzer, this business unfortunately turned me away and told me I was not at the right address? Despite the fact that I was in fact at the right address, with the correct signage on the door. This made me late for my appointment and the lady was so rude behind the buzzer, and dismissed me straight away. I rang three times, and was dismissed every time. I would not give money to this business who treats their fellow business’ clients with so much disrespect. It was so unbelievably disheartening and I cannot believe a business as such would treat potential future customers like this. Really disappointed in her.

EDIT: As this won’t let me reply - it’s worthwhile to mention after I posted this, the business owner burst in on me in my appointment, shouting at me in Lithuanian to take it down and was aggressive whilst I was in the middle of my appointment. You unfortunately left that out in your reply to me 🤷🏽‍♀️ I have never met you before, I have no reason to lie and I don’t have a problem with you. However your behaviour today speaks volumes about your character. Also - it may help your future clients and other businesses if you had a reception desk for other clients like myself to be helped, and perhaps security to intervene like we clearly needed today when you threatened me....
