Biased, maybe after living in the village all my life. But I can honestly say this village and beach if you want a quiet laid back time with your family for a couple of days this place is for you.One of the top 3 places for sure. Don't forget your bucket & spade . park your car in the Free car park in the centre of the village behind the village hall, the beach is only 150 mtrs from there through the Maine street . There is a car park down by the beach but in the Summer holidays they do like to cram the cars in like "Sardines" so if you value the paint on your car the bigger FREE car park in the village is your best option. Also in the Summer months there are lifeguards...

Stayed in this location for an evening, purely as a day away. The bay was lovely and plenty of open space to walk along headland by the coast. Great open feeling, and plenty of fresh air. View slightly obscured or should I say dominated by factory that quite dominates the skyline.

As for places to eat, very limited. And shall we say slightly restricted. Realise we visited out of season. Chip shop closed, and alternative was harbour hotel, not an ideal experience for eating or a stay. Ended up in gadlis hotel overlooking bay. Food great and very good staff as well...

Traeth anhygoel yma, saff iawn i blant nofio. Un ochr i gwn yn unig. Lle i gadeiriau olwyn ar y llwybr top y traeth.

Lovely family Beach, very sandy during low tide. Safe for children to swim under adult supervision when tide is on way back in. Disabled friendly path from car park along the prom top of beach. Nice takeaway cafe other end of beach & Gadlys Gastro Pub top of road. Lovely place to visit early morning / late afternoon when less people on beach. Difficult to access the actual sand / beach with...

What an absolute stunner of a beach this is. And even on a really sunny, warm bank holiday weekend, it was relatively quiet. It’s such a beautiful contrast with some of the busier beaches on the island and actually is one of my absolute favourites. A really stunning spot with nearby parking and even a little hut on the car park where you can get a woodfired pizza or an ice cream after your beach visit.

What a spectacular beach in both day and twilight. Large enough to feel you're own but of paradise. Lots of adjacent benches and seating. Sunset was golden, amazing and just stunning. Will return again. Definitely visit if on Anglesey at sundown. No filters on the photos, just as it was to see with your own eyes.

Ffordd Y Traeth, Cemaes Bay LL67 0ND 53°24'52.8"N 4°26'50.7"W Great access for those with mobility issues. Lovely harbour and bay. Wooden benches along top to sit and watch the bay or eat your fish & chips on. Lovely shops and takeaways along harbour stretch. Beautiful place to visit. So friendly.
