Popped in after a hike in the area and was greeted so warmly by (I think) the manager - such a friendly welcome! The whole team made me feel right at home, and then came the highlight: the best jacket potato I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough!

One very good aspect was it was open and sold food- this was a sunny saturday afternoon and other places were closed! We liked it here though, had a very good Ploughman’s with Welsh cheese. Nice little kids play area at the back

I got the impression this cafe has just reopened in the heritage centre building. It was busy, bank hol lunchtime, but there are tables outside too and food is worth the wait. Definitely recommend stopping here.

Stopped here for some much needed breakfast after attending the local Tonnau festival. Ordered a vanilla milkshake and a full breakfast, paid extra for the large.

The milkshake was really average. Felt like I was drinking a glass of milk. No substance. £5 for a good milkshake is standard but this wasn't good. Don't think it was made with ice cream.

I appreciate that food waste is a problem and the standard should be a smaller portion to prevent this, but when someone pays extra for a large they're not messing around. Make it large. The difference between mine and my girlfriends standard full breakfast was tiny. No extra toast (one slice), mushrooms, beans, black pudding, or egg. Underwhelming full breakfast. Ordered a cake after to fill me up.

Finally, no one came to clear any of our plates throughout our time there. Minor but annoying when you have to start doing it yourself to make room.

Overall I think they were having a bad day. The reviews reflect that. The outdoor seating area was really nice and the sun was out. But apart from that everything was just...

A small food outlet that sells ice-cream, chips, burger and Pizza. I only had the pizza , they are made on-site and are fantastic! They are cooked in a woodchip fired oven and are some of the best Pizza's I've ever had. I've never had any better and that includes the ones we ate in Venice. I don't know what the burgers were like as I ordered pizza each of the three times I visited. They also sell good quality coffee as well. There is no indoor seating, but there are plenty of seats/benches just by the sea wall. There is parking, which is £2 per day (07/2020) or there are a few free parking spots in the village. Well worth a visit or even just buy pizza as...

What an absolute hidden gem, after stumbling across the cafe whilst staying in the village it puts a big smile on your face. Having been involved in bars and restaurants for over 20 years the level of care and thought thats gone into the menu and quality of ingredients is brilliant. The owner and team working with him are both friendly and you can see love where they work. Nice little touches like the hedgehog teddy kept my son occupied (although he wasn't impressed we didn't let him take it with him). If your in the area try it, it doesn't need to shout the quality simply speaks for itself. Thank you...
