Also a small, basic skateboard and rollerblading section, with a couple of picnic tables surrounded by grass all fenced off by colourful crayon looking fencing with a small kids play area. There is also an outdoor gym, a stand alone goal to practice your shooting skills if you enjoy football. For history sake there is an old canal which is cut off but ducks and various other animals seem to visit a bit smelly sometimes which the council should maintain better but for a bit of history and nature, worth a look even if not for that long. Aldi and takeaways are 2 minutes walk away if you want to grab a bite .Nice park for a family day out . Such a shame its tainted by the tragic incident that happened here . A lot of bad reviews are put up due to it , rightfully .
