We absolutely love coming to this soft play – it truly feels like a home away from home. What makes this place stand out, beyond the fun and clean environment, is the incredible team who make every visit so special.

From the moment we arrive, Dawn and Tami greet us with such warmth and genuine smiles at reception. They are always friendly, helpful, and make us feel so welcome – it’s the perfect start to our visit.

Petrina and Angelina are absolute stars! They make the most delicious coffee (exactly how I like it every time), and they’re always so lovely with my son – treating him to a little biscuit, chatting with him, and even playing when they’re not busy. It’s rare to find staff who go out of their way like this, and it never goes unnoticed.

Nella and Manisha are equally fantastic – so kind and attentive. As soon as our food is ready, they come over to let us know so it doesn't go cold while we’re playing. Their thoughtfulness and care really stand out.

Not to forget Stanley—he's always smiling, friendly, and joking around while chatting with my son

The food itself is great – generous portions, tasty, and very reasonably priced. The place is immaculately clean every time we come, which is such a comfort when you’re visiting with young kids. The seasonal decorations are also beautiful and always eye-catching – you can tell a lot of love and effort goes into making the space feel magical.

And a big plus: there’s free parking, which makes visits so easy and stress-free.

Had our 4 year old's birthday party on 18th Dec 2021 with not more than 10 of his friends and their parent(s). One word for the entire event 'AMAZING' Right from the first email communication to the final execution, it was perfect.

Email/ Customer Support Team: All the required information shared by the customer support team was crisp and detailed with no room for confusion, prompt in answering the queries. No follow ups required.

Ground Staff: We were introduced to our lovely and friendly host, Anna, upon reaching the venue. Anna was very organized, supportive and proactive in her task. She was on top of every minute details of the party like food arrangements, cake ceremony, gifts, decoration, party balloons etc. Her valuable suggestions made this party very smooth and easy going. Our guest and the kids were very happy and walked out with a broad smile. We were very lucky to have Anna as our host. We never felt that we were co-ordinating for the first time with her.

Food: Apart from the kids menu ( which was yummy), we had ordered cold and hot platter for the parents. Every single person who tasted the platter was happy. The food was delicious. Anna made sure that the hot platter was served fresh when all the guest had arrived.

Highly recommended place for making your little one's birthday memorable. Considering the current Covid situation, the Clowntown team did an excellent job of limiting the number of people inside the venue on holiday weekend. We booked a soft play session at Clowntown on 24/12/2023 at 9:30 am, and despite a challenging start to our day, the experience turned out to be incredibly positive.

With a child who has special needs, the staff at Clowntown proved to be exceptionally accommodating, understanding, and extremely helpful. Their attentiveness made our son feel not only welcomed but truly enjoyed during his playtime.

A special shout-out goes to a young man at the cafe who went above and beyond to make my son's Christmas Eve extra special. He took the time to acknowledge our son's needs and assisted in selecting a soft toy that brought immense joy – a heartfelt thanks for his exceptional service.

Our day took an unexpected turn when our car refused to start as we were leaving. The counter lady, upon my approach, demonstrated remarkable helpfulness. She promptly informed her boss/owner, and together with the young man from the cafe, they provided unparalleled assistance. Going the extra mile, they helped us push our car, and after their concerted efforts, our car finally started.

The staff, manager, and owner showcased an outstanding commitment to customer service on Christmas Eve. Their unwavering support and dedication turned what could have been a challenging day into a heartwarming and memorable experience for our family.
