This type of place do not care to build customer loyalty for your repeat business I was prepared to make another £50 order but they do not care if they bodge up your order. I Ordered via just eat on a Friday evening, it came 1hour and 40mins later. When the food arrived I was missing a curry dish and a puri. I called them directly 5 times and nobody picked up the phone I then emailed them on their webpage which doesn’t seem that anyone checks that either as had no reply. So after a week I called them to ask if they can redeliver it if I made another order but he said that he would not do so as I didn’t make the order via them that they don’t take the money and that I should get in touch with just eat. I told him I tried calling them that night and emailed them and he said they didn’t get an email as they don’t have a webpage Er... well why is it up on google?! It takes you straight to their actual webpage! but went on to say that if I had told Just eat they would have got an email from JE to say the order wasn’t right.... ?!?! So they do have an email address I told him that I did try getting in touch with just eat but I could get through to them either that weekend I said that I paid for that whole order including those missing dishes then and he replied That he didn’t get any money... eh?!? I said of course he did I paid via JE! He said JE get a cut and I said of course but only a tiny cut but he said they take 17% I said to him you still receive the rest of that money! But he said it has nothing to do with him! He can’t give me those dishes! Because Of the weekend and cos of this current situation I couldn’t get in touch a human and their robot help system didn’t solve the problem I had to wait till Monday to get through to someone human and they told me they can’t do anything about it and to get in touch with the take away and now both company’s are bucking the blame and...

Sorry to say that this was a very disappointing takeaway. The food was just bland, in particular the vegetable curry and the Bombay Aloo - no real flavour at all. The vegetarian samosas had only 2, of the tiniest samosas we've ever seen! The Biriyani Rice was a good sized portion and very tasty, and the poppadoms were crisp and tasty. Ask the other dishes were at best average, and at worst, exceptionally bland. Three very disappointed vegetarians. Perhaps their meat dishes are better. We won't be ordering...

I am from this area, but live abroad. On return visits, I have not given this place a second look. What a mistake. A neighbour raved about the food and I had a takeaway this evening. Delicious. Gently flavoured, melt in the mouth chicken (Woodhouse Specialities Boishakee chicken) and a Sag Aloo. I so regret not trying this place before.
