Diony & Adam — Restaurant in London

I'm not one to write negative reviews, but I think I need to with this. I passed this place whilst working, and said to myself that I needed to try this place as the food looked nice on display. I entered the shop and stood there for around 5 mins before anyone said a word. When I did encounter a member of staff, I received a very hostile confrontation. I felt as if I had done something wrong. The atmosphere therefore was really a negative one. My chicken doner that I ordered was a little bit dry and but not as nice as I would have expected it to be. It was not that good enough for me to compensate for the poor customer service that I recieved. I would recommend the food but only if there were no staff encounters. I will not be visiting...

Every time I order from these guys the food is 100 % on point. Great quality, cooked with love and fantastic portion sizes.

The chips are amazing, cooked to perfection and high quality potatoes 🥔 used.

The meat has always been cooked to perfection and its excellent quality meat.

The tzatziki and chilli sauce are perfect flavour and consistency 😋

The service is outstanding, the lady that I speak with is attentive and listens very well and has a lovely way about her.

Definitely my favourite Greek take away restaurant so far.

An absolute classic of why you should call if something is wrong. I ordered the Cyprus Pitta, which comes with a big pitta, 2 lamb skewers and salad. Absolutely delicious. What I got was 2 small chunks of pitta, no salad and 1 skewer. Not happy. Tempted just to leave a bad review.

Instead, I rang the restaurant, who said that the Just Eat menu screws up, so place an order for a drink and they'll send the right food free of charge. 20 minutes later, I have a huge pile of beautifully cooked lamb and a devoted...
