Domino's Pizza - London - Norbury — Attraction in London

do not order from here!!!

Me and my friend had ordered 2 large pizzas one with normal crust and one italian crustat 9:45 the pizzas both arrived wrong.

They arrived at 10:10

We called to advise they had swapped some of the toppings and they came back, They delivered new pizzas but now they were both italian crust.

I advised the driver who called the manager who said they can only deliver another medium pizza despite getting the order wrong 3 times.

I started to film the driver and the pizzas which i was returning which made him call back the manager and they hesitantly took 3 wrong pizza’s and said they would deliver new large pizza

To my suprise they took the original pizza which they took 30mins before and scraped off the wrong toppings and just put new toppings and even kept it in the same box with the original sticker -despite the base being cooked already before 10pm- nearly an hour later. This is downright wrong and disgusting and quite frankly awful...

I find it hard to believe this place is a real dominos. Im convinced its a fake, as it is unbelievable how poor their pizzas are. I've stopped ordering dominos as I've recently moved to a house in which this is the only one that would deliver. I would rather order from the local pizza shop now. As an ex dominos employee i think my judgement is very accurate. The chances ive given this place (4 times in 3 years) and every time i have recieved pizzas that should be considered a 'remake' and then it is taken and shared by the employees rather than sent out to the customer. The pizzas i recieved last night drew the line, they were so bad for a few minutes i felt like going there and catching a case. The Dominos company needs to seriously...

Had an awful experience with Domino's Norbury this evening. Waited an hour and a half with no order received. The app said my order had been delivered so I contacted the team via phone. Was waiting on hold twice and got hung up on before I could speak to anybody. When I finally got through, I asked for a refund and the team member and branch manager both repeatedly tried to offer me a free pizza next time I ordered when I had politely and clearly asked to be refunded. I did not like having to repeat my request for a refund multiple times before they would agree to this. Would not recommended using...
