This has a little hidden gem of a children's play park. There are loads of really well maintained interesting bits of equipment for the kids to play on. There are 2 separate areas one for younger kids, maybe 3-6yo and one for older kids maybe 5-13yo. One has cool rubber planetoid balls/ stepping stones to jump around on, a few smart spinning things and a relatively large helter skelter slide among other things. The park also has a good multi sports area and circuit training equipment dotted around. The comments about drunks hanging around may be true at certain times, it's that sort of area but we were there on a Saturday afternoon and there weren't any hanging around the kids bit.
