Sana’s New Grill N Shake — Restaurant in London

Never order from this place. I live 2 roads away from this place and it took them just under a hour and a half to come. I called he ten minutes. 20 minutes went be and I called again, he said the driver just left. Another 20 minutes went be and I called again the guy said that the driver left and we are busy. I tried to explain that I live 2 roads down and that it literally takes me two minutes to get the the high road. Long store short he lied to me, telling me absolute rubbish and then I told him I want a refund because of how long it took and then he told me he would tell the driver to come back to the shop and then I can get my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager delivered my food and said the driver had a crash, you can see for yourself. I was like you chatting rubbish. I open my chips and there was a hair in it. I heard this from a friend he told me there’s a Hyderabad biryani for £2.99 it was hard for me to believe him that someone is selling a biryani for £2.99 and it taste so good - I give it a five star just because of the biryani you get two pieces of chicken inside the quality of the rice is good Can’t really complain anything about the food but my downside is the place isn’t as great as it is. I’ve tried cheap places in Camden and Hornsey for biryani and I haven’t had anything better than this place when it comes to biryani for £2.99

This restaurant is amazing, the owner and staff are so friendly and always give amazing service... we went to pick up food today that we ordered for collection they always have great offers on there app 20% off on collection , we arrived early and was given a free drink and chicken wings to try, they make there own hot sauce which is sooo tasty. They once forgot to deliver a bottle if water and when we next ordered they gave us the water they never forget these things . Food is lovley and fresh...
