Flower Corner — Attraction in London

Was referred to this florist by another local florist due to a mix up over an order. My original florist had called this florist ahead of time and asked that they hold some flowers for me to collect within the next 10 minutes. On arrival, the saleswoman was standoffish. She collected the flowers that had been held to one side and they were half the size of those I had ordered at the original florist, and looking drab and wilted. I asked if they had any others available, since I needed the flowers for a wedding cake later that day. The saleswoman said no, but I could see several on display behind her. I asked if I could take a look at those and she said no. So I went to the flowers on show and asked to look at them again. She insisted they were the same despite them obviously being fresher and far fuller than those she had set aside. The saleswoman was very combative and rude, continuing to mutter that they were the same. I asked if she’d charge less for the smaller ones, given the significant size difference and she said no. So I asked for three of the fresh flowers. She then gave me a price which was slightly higher than that agreed over the phone with my original florist. I queried the price and asked her to check with the original florist. She patronisingly shook her head and said no, twice. I was stood with my original florist when she was on the phone and heard her quote the agreed price. After explaining basic arithmetic to the saleswoman, I then asked her to simply charge me what she wanted to charge, since I was already late for the wedding given the mix up with the original florist. The saleswoman continued to be rude and condescending, asking if the flowers were not too big for a wedding cake. I asked again if she would just charge me and get on with it. I have never experienced such a reluctance to make a sale, or such unnecessary rudeness. Avoid at all costs - the flower quality was almost as poor as the customer service. Flowers had wilted within 12 hours despite getting them in...

Good afternoon, I am very grateful to this company. One of the best I have ever seen in my life, good location, the best display, and in winter and summer it is always nice to look at this flower kiosk. I would like to say a lot of good things about this company, but unfortunately I do not even have enough beautiful words. I want to say the best quality flowers, the price is very satisfying since this is not Tesco or some local store. I am very happy even to spend hundreds of pounds every month. And I always find the flowers I need even in the off-season. And I advise everyone to go there for flowers if you really need luxurious flowers and are not afraid to pay for it.
