My visit back in June to Restaurant Jacuzzi was an absolute delight, and I can't help but give it a glowing 5-star review. We dined there to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience.
To kick off our culinary adventure, we started with the Focaccia with Garlic and Burrata al Tartufo in the antipasti section. Let me tell you, this appetizer was a revelation! The combination of the perfectly baked focaccia, aromatic garlic, and the indulgent truffle-infused burrata left us craving for more. It was a mouthwatering beginning that set the tone for the entire meal.
Moving on to the primi course, the Girella con Vitello Brasato was nothing short of an ecstasy-inducing dish. The tender, braised veal combined with the rich flavors of the Girella pasta was a match made in heaven. I was so captivated by the dish that I didn't want it to end. It was truly a culinary masterpiece.
The Princess Piccante pizza from the menu was a true standout. The perfect balance of spiciness, the freshness of the ingredients, and the thin, crisp crust made it a memorable pizza experience. In fact, it was so delicious that I found myself contemplating ordering another one, but alas, my appetite had its limits.
Though the tiramisu dessert was good, it was somewhat overshadowed by the fantastic preparation made for the birthday celebration. The staff at Restaurant Jacuzzi went above and beyond to make the occasion special, and that alone more than made up for any minor shortcomings in the dessert.
To complement our meal, we explored their wine selection, and it did not disappoint. The staff's wine recommendations were spot on, creating delightful pairings with our courses and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Restaurant Jacuzzi has truly made its mark as a place where exceptional cuisine meets exceptional service. From the delightful antipasti to the mouthwatering primi and the captivating pizza, each dish was a culinary triumph. This, coupled with their warm and attentive staff, turned our birthday celebration into an extraordinary dining affair.
I would highly recommend Restaurant Jacuzzi to anyone in search of an exquisite dining experience. It's a culinary journey that will leave you wanting more and looking forward to your next visit. Kudos to the entire team at Jacuzzi for making our celebration...
Read moreThe moment you step inside Jacuzzi, you’re truly impressed. The interior is absolutely gorgeous – lush, vibrant, and perfectly curated for a special night out. It feels like you’re about to enjoy a luxurious experience, and we were genuinely excited to celebrate my husband’s birthday here.
However, while the atmosphere was promising, the overall experience didn’t match the expectations.
We were seated for a 2-hour dining slot, but the space felt cramped. The table was so small that the waitress had to keep asking for help placing dishes – which was not ideal for a supposedly high-end experience.
The food, sadly, was the biggest letdown. There was only a basic Margherita pizza on the menu for children, which wasn’t crunchy and slightly undercooked – my son wouldn’t eat it. The truffle pasta was served cold, although the preparation in the cheese wheel looked impressive. Tiramisu – we had it twice, both times with a birthday candle (which felt a bit odd) – and my husband said it was the worst he’s ever had, with an unusual taste. Coffee was also a miss – honestly, you’d get better quality at a high-street coffee shop.
No proper kids’ menu, limited dessert options – everything had nuts(except lemon icecream), so our child was very disappointed and asked to go to McDonald’s for chips and ice cream after the restaurant.
The service was polite but lacked professional boundaries. From the beginning, we were asked personal questions like where we come from, followed by the waitress sharing her own private stories. It felt more like a chatty encounter than a restaurant-standard service.
For the price, location, and setting, we truly expected more – especially from the kitchen and staff professionalism. While the decor is undeniably beautiful and Instagram-worthy, the experience overall left us disappointed. A place with such potential deserves more attention to the basics: food quality, service boundaries, and...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4.5-Star Review for Jacuzzi (rounded to 5 because of the food & Jesus!)
We had a lovely evening at the Jacuzzi with delicious food and fantastic service from our waiter Jesus — a wonderful Spanish guy who brought charm, humour, and professionalism to the table. Honestly, more people like him in hospitality would make the world a better place. Five stars to him alone!
We started with Fiori di Zucca and croquettes, both delicious and perfectly cooked. Then came the Spaghetti alla Puttanesca and Tagliata di Manzo with black truffle — absolutely divine. As someone who has lived on the Amalfi Coast for 11 years, I can say the flavours were truly authentic. Bravo, chef! It genuinely felt like a slice of Italy 🇮🇹.
We enjoyed an Aperol Spritz and another well-crafted cocktail, and we were just about to settle in for dessert or more drinks when unfortunately, the vibe shifted a bit. A waitress came over and told us they needed the table in 10 minutes. We had already been sitting for almost two hours — totally normal for a proper Italian meal. She seemed pushy about dessert, and although we were happy to continue our evening, perhaps with another drink and a bit more food, we were told we’d be “accommodated” at the bar. But it wasn’t really a bar — it was a counter facing the kitchen. A bit awkward and disappointing to end the evening that way.
Still, we ordered another drink, wrapped things up, and left.
All in all, the food and Jesus’ service made the evening worth it. The one hiccup didn’t ruin it, but it’s worth mentioning. A little more sensitivity to pacing would make a big difference.
Thank you, Jacuzzi — we’d come again for the food and Jesus alone! 😉
