Not only do they hide all there negative reviews on Instagram, but they've actually called the Community stupid and Intitled for asking the issues with the festival be adressed (even though they should be with the contract anyway as howslow council (group who's leased out) disclosed). They have lied to police and community including and especially older visitors (many of whom would come crying to me when i worked there, to review recent changes the new care taker management have bulldozed in). There sound technicians said they have acted outside the law many times and don't know how to cope. I wish I could say something nice as a really wanted it to work and invested a lot, but I can't anymore with how much they lie (including to the volunteers to get free labour, free tour guides even have to charge 10 but see nothing in return despite promises when joining)

(As evident in the response, they don't even know who worked for them explaining why they never delivered on promises from the interviews and at work. They also have received many emails, positions getting hundreds of signatures and had there own specialists flag at least some of the same problems, but they choose to act dumb and not address them, they've been making the same mistakes every years since they started a few years ago)I'd advise the company to check there emails. If the company is serious about actually being there for the community and not there own cvs then don't dismiss people, be honest and don't call people stupid... the bit about contacting people on private accounts is an outright lie and desperate attempt to smear.. they have in fact admitted in meetings that residence and how they affect residence is not there concern and recommended people in the aria move away for the entire summer while they rent the public park to private companies..

Everything good mentioned in the reviews was from previous management, but even then doesn't compare as most things have been taken out to make room for private events, in a public park. Again, in meetings the museum has said there concern is not...

One of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning was choosing Gunnersbury Park as our venue. The estate itself is absolutely stunning - elegant and full of charm. The beautiful architecture, well-kept gardens, and overall setting give it a regal feel that made our day even more magical. But what truly sets Gunnersbury apart isn’t just the location - it’s the incredible team behind it.

From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. We had countless discussions, site visits, planning meetings, and even a WhatsApp group - every question and request was met with patience and professionalism. On the day of the wedding, their support was just as exceptional. They had team members on-site throughout the event, making sure everything ran smoothly - even providing a clothes steamer when we forgot ours!

A huge shoutout to Astrella - she was a rock for us throughout the planning process and on the big day itself. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. The team delivered everything they promised and more.

If you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s beautiful, well-managed, and supported by a dedicated team that genuinely cares - Gunnersbury is it. Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, or any special celebration. Highly,...

I'm probably a bit bias as Gunnersbury Park was a place my Great Aunt took me to visit as a child in the 1970s so I have fond memories. Sadly the boating lake has gone and much of the grounds had been taken over by a company setting up for a music festival. However, I don't remember the museum from my childhood, but was quite impressed with this free attraction on my visit to the park yesterday

There was a small art exhibition as well as lots of rooms to look at with photos and arifacts from the museum's former life as a private house. The kitchens, scullery and butlers pantry were particular impressive. There were also a couple of short films to watch as well as a lot of information about the local area. On the top floor there was a small historical fashion exhibition, which was very interesting. We spent about 1.5 hours there, all very good for free.

Another huge incentive to visit the museum is the newly opened cafe which is also in the park. The pastries and bread are baked on site and are outstanding and the coffee is simply the best. This will surely tempt me back next time...

I have a passion for old architecture. The building is very well maintained inside and out. Has a few large rooms for exhibitions. At the time of my visit was old school Sci-fi. Eg. Doctor Who and some others. Also, there were a few pieces exhibiting the builds old rooms with furniture and videos. Unfortunately, the upper floor was closed. I believe more of the old building is displayed, for example, the bedrooms. There are ramps and elevators. There is usually a coffee van out on the park grounds. Drinks can be enjoyed benches over looking the park or a small conservatory with has seating for about 10-15. Has small shelf of reading material. Entrance is free, donations are welcome. On-site parking is £1 an hour, first 30 mins free. Mini golf course/coffee shop close by. New eatery being built, it should be ready for summer. Lovely place, would live to visit again.

I thought this was just another museum. It is worth the visit, although I did a big detour due to a wrong turn in the roundabout. I initially plan to visit this park and museum because I just checked out of my accommodation, and the shopping mall at Westfield is yet to open. The museum is the main building that has a souvenir shop. On the west wing, there is a reading corner. There is a rich history behind the building. There are several exhibits and video presentations of the previous owners. There is a big park behind the museum where the local will let their dogs roams around and playing fetching games. You can see a few joggers and many strolling along the park. The parking is free for the first 30 minutes, I have issue to pair the payment Ring Go apps. Thus I left early. There are also several toys of interests which you might want to take a look yourself.

Treasured local gem containing history of area, botanical and industrial with an objective nod to king, queen and country past and present. We visited a small ' Set to Stun ' sci Fi exhibition of Dr Who, Blakes 7, and early BBC sci Fi memorabilia spread across a few rooms on two floors. The building itself holds architectural interest in its Georgian proportions and it's Victorian fascination with iron trellised panels in the open atriums on the uppermost floor. You can pay a fee to see some of the 'royal ' state rooms which l might do on another occasion. Worth visiting the adjoining park, boating lake, orchard, and follies hidden in the borders if you have extra time to linger.
