Walking my dog here almost everyday. Lovely open green space with a popular playground. All very well maintained. A newly installed outdoor fitness area with (free) workouts equipments. Going to open (24th June 2023) a music and sports venue. Looking forward to sharing more information once it’s opened.

This is a nice park. It has good tennis courts and a kids playground area.

Lovely local park that the local volunteers group (Friends of Kingston Road Recreation Ground) have done an amazing job of converting from a very neglected green space into a lovely nature-rich park, including wildflower corridors and a big tree planting focus. Ongoing investment means the new perimeter path and children's playground were joined in summer 23 by a new boxing club and cafe (open weekends). With 3 tennis courts on site too, plus regular events, this park has become a great Norbiton asset & a...

This park was ‘let go’ a little, but now has a dedicated Friends of Kingston Road Recreation Ground group who do monthly community improvements. There are regular litter picks, a new big hotel, a stag beetle loggery, a wild flower meadow and plans for further improvements. They’re attempting to build a sensory relaxation garden, as well as introduce outdoor gym equipment and improve the playground.

It’s got a lot better and continues to improve, so it’s definitely worth...

I thought this was just a large green space where dogs run about & mess but how wrong I was! Yes, it has a great big expense of green but people keep it clean and there are really decent tennis courts, kids playground and the beginning of a wildflower meadow at one end. (I think they may be new or recently refurbished.) If you go, don't miss the mural at the far end and and the corner too (by the exit next to Kingstonian's ground....
